It was my first time trying the Dragon Roll at this sushi restaurant. I had tried it some time ago at another place. I remembered liking the taste. But was pleasantly surprised this go-around by a new experience. I was greeted by a feast for the eyes. The beauty of the presentation caused me to pause. The mix of colors, textures and mindfulness of layout was a work of art: a painting I would get to experience with a variety of senses.
